Cindy
Office Manager
Cindy has been with Twin Falls Family Dentistry since 2018. Her experience includes over 25 years in dentistry and more than 5 years in dental consulting. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, interior decorating and cooking. She loves entertaining friends and family, going to restaurants and being a food critic.
Bonnie
Scheduling Coordinator
Originally from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Bonnie is part of a retired Air Force family and has lived in Cheyenne, WY; Fairbanks, AK; Rapid City, SD; and Spokane, WA. She has been with Twin Falls since 2019. Her two adult daughters are married and settled in Spokane. While visiting family in the area, she fell in love with Greenville and decided to take a leap of faith and relocate to warmer weather. She likes to spend time with her nieces and nephews, go for road trips to explore various local communities, and connect with many friends she has made through the years. She also enjoys meeting new people, especially new patients!
Sharon
Hygienist
Sharon obtained an associate’s degree in dental hygiene at Greenville Technical College and a bachelor’s degree in industrial education at Clemson University. She has been a hygienist for over 35 years and with Twin Falls since 2015. She grew up in Seneca, and while she has lived in several states as well as Germany, South Carolina is home. She and her husband of more than 28 years have two grown children, one newly married, and a cat named Daphne. She is a member of Covenant United Methodist Church, where she serves as Chair of Sanctuary Care and Greeter Teams. An avid reader, she loves to travel, especially internationally, and most importantly spend time with family.
Missy
Hygienist
Missy has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years! She graduated from Youngstown State University in 2001 with a degree in dental hygiene and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences. She served in the U.S. Navy and is a veteran of The Gulf War Operation Desert Storm. Certified to administer anesthesia, Missy takes continuing education to keep her knowledge up to date. In her spare time, she likes gardening, cooking, going to estate/garage sales, and taking road trips back to Ohio for some family time. She enjoys spending time with her fur babies. She enjoys meeting new people, and her goal is to make your dental experience comfortable!
Nichole
Business Manager
Nichole’s background is biomechanical engineering, in which she received her degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been involved with Twin Falls Family Dentistry for over 8 years. She enjoys homeschooling her five young children and also loves doing puzzles and dancing. She has a cookie addiction and loves being read aloud to, walking with friends, playing games, dating her best friend/husband (Dr. McPherson), and spending time with Jesus. She is a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Taylors and is grateful to have so many friends who support us (staff and patients) here at Twin Falls Family Dentistry.
Hannah
Hannah is originally from northern California and moved to South Carolina in 2010. She has been in dentistry since 2018 and loves being a part of the twin falls family team. Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and going for long walks with her dog, Daisy.
Nicky
Nicole began her dental career in 2006, After raising four amazing children then proudly serving the U.S. military personnel at Fort Bliss, Texas. For 5 years. With almost two decades of hands-on experience, she has spent 7 years specializing in endodontics and 7 years in oral maxillofacial surgery building a reputation for precision, professionalism, and compassionate care.
She recently relocated to South Carolina from the Seattle area, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep appreciation for diverse communities. As a military child, she had the unique opportunity to live in many places across the country, shaping her adaptable and welcoming nature. Now settled in Greer to be closer to her children and grandchildren, she’s excited to serve the local community with her warm, patient-first approach—helping others achieve healthy, confident smiles.
When she’s not in the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her most cherished people and her adorable kitty Apollo.
Sam
With over a decade of experience in the dental field, Sam brings a deep passion for patient care and a well-rounded understanding of dentistry to every appointment. She began her career as a dental assistant, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a hands-on approach to patient comfort and education.
In 2021, Sam earned her Dental Hygiene license after completing her education at Carrington College in Mesa, Arizona. Since then, she has continued to expand her skills and knowledge by working in a variety of dental practices, always striving to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Her commitment to advocating for her patients’ health and well-being is what drives her every day.
Originally from Southern California, Sam spent her high school and early college years in Franklin County, Georgia, before settling in Phoenix, Arizona, where she has lived for the past eight years. Outside the office, you’ll often find her enjoying time with her two beloved pups, Cash and Mila, relaxing with family and friends, or soaking up the sun at the lake or beach. She also enjoys interior design, making bracelets, reading, shopping, and a good pampering session.

Estela
Dental Assistant
With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Estela is passionate in treating patients with the same respect and care that she would want for her own family and friends. She finds fulfillment in helping patients fell comfortable and confident throughout their dental visits and she values being part of a team that provides high quality care. Estela is also bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
She enjoys spending time with family, going on walks with her husband, trying new restaurants and attending her son’s sporting events.
